On Wednesday evening, The Department of Public Safety arrested 20 student Jewish students who had begun a sit-in at University Hall that afternoon. The students had refused to willingly leave the building until President Christina Paxson ’19 P’MD’20 publicly committed to “include and support a divestment resolution in the next meeting of the Brown Corporation,” according to their demands.
